By booking an appointment at Eunoia, you agree to the following:
Social Media Content & Podcast
The Eunoia brand grows through storytelling. That’s how today’s top barbers scale their vision — and it’s part of how we grow, too.
We regularly capture short interviews and transformation showcase videos during appointments.
🎥 By booking with Eunoia, you agree that your appointment may be recorded or photographed for branded content.

How Booking Works
We’re a 100% online booking experience — with a system designed to give you full control.
With just a few clicks, you can:
- Book, reschedule, or cancel your appointment
- Join the waitlist for earlier openings
- View your full appointment history
- Manage your name, email, phone number, payment methods, and notifications.
All of this is available through the book appointment

Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Life happens — but here’s how we respect everyone’s time:
- Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance — online.
- Cancellations within 12 hours: 50% charge of the service.
- No-shows: 100% charge of the service.
- Running late? More than 15 minutes = appointment forfeited + full charge.
- If I’m late (15+ mins), your service is free. Fair’s fair.
🩺 On-call public servants or medical professionals? You’re the only exception — must be “on call.”
This protects my time, your time, and ensures open slots for everyone in the community.
Service Duration & Booking Etiquette
Your time matters. So does the time of every client booked before and after you.
Please do not book a 30- or 45-minute appointment unless Tom has confirmed your cut fits that time frame.
Booking the wrong duration impacts:
- The quality of your cut
- The timing for clients after you
- The smooth flow of the day
New clients and most clients should always choose the 60-minute service unless otherwise instructed.
Managing Your Client Profile
You’re fully in control. From your online profile, you can:
- Update your contact and payment info
- Manage appointment notifications
- Add family members or friends under your account
- Buy gift cards and check your booking history
Quick. Simple. Always available through the booking link.
Payment & Checkout
A card on file is required to hold appointments — but you can still pay however you want at checkout:
- 💵 Cash (always preferred)
- 💳 Any major tap-to-pay card (NFC)
- 📲 Venmo
- 📧 Walk out with an email invoice — pay later, no problem
