I’m Thomas Michael — founder, master barber, and someone who knows firsthand what it means to lose everything… and fight like hell to rebuild it. I’ve walked through trauma, addiction, mental battles, and prison. And somewhere in the middle of all that, I made a decision: I’m not staying broken.

I chose growth. I chose transformation. And the life I’ve built because of that choice — it’s not just for me. It’s for every person who walks through these doors.
